Hm.. That was weird. Haku could feel that she wasn't being followed anymore. She turned around and noticed Shin-ah walking over to a small knife display. Ah, so that caught his eye~ The girl sighed and smiled, walking back to Shin-ah and looking at the knife display with him. It was funny. The villagers managed to gossip about things while they worked. Well, at least they were getting the work done. "Have you found something you like?" Shin-ah wasn't that bad. He was kind and quiet, which that part made Haku feel uncomfortable. Haku wouldn't know what to say to him since he barely talked. It made her feel like she was bothering him.

stay back. Shin-ah looked over at her, giving a small nod at her question. He turned back to the display, picking up a knife. "I wasn't trained in the art of knife throwing." he said. "But, I know some about it." He flipped the knife in his fingers, catching the hilt before turning to a target, throwing it. It missed the center by an inch.

Knife throwing, huh? That was something Haku was interested in, but she had grown close to her sword. It was her trusted partner in battle. Knives could get easily lost, anyway. But, still... It was a pretty good choice. Haku watched him flip the knife in his fingers and throwing it at a target. That was cool. I didn't know they set up little targets here for people to practice throwing knives with. That was a smart idea for whoever came up with it. It would give the person interested in purchasing the item, a chance to test the knife out. "Nice shot, Blue Dragon."

stay back. Truth be told, he probably shouldn't have thrown the knife at the target, but no one really seemed to mind. He probably looked insane, throwing knives with a mask on. At her comment, a frown was on his face. "I missed." was all he said.

"Yeah, well, by an inch or two I guess. That's not bad. I know I wouldn't want to be throwing knives around. I don't even know how to!" Haku piped up and laughed, looking back at the target he hit. It was a better shot than she could do. Hm... Maybe he wasn't one to brag about his skills. Or, that he almost got something. Not every shot had to be exact and perfect. Hopefully, he knew that.
That would just mean he was too hard on himself. Haku picked up one of the knives in the cases and examined it. I think I'll just stick to my sword. It would be a great secondary weapon. she thought and placed it back down gently. "You know, you better be careful flipping those knives around. You might cut yourself."

stay back. Shin-ah shrugged. "I am careful around blades." He walked to the target, pulling the knife out. He looked at it, noticing a red colored dragon on it. "This is your dragon, yes? I haven't met him." He held the handle towards her.

"Even if you are an expert around blades, you could still make a mistake and cut yourself badly." It was true. Most experts think they have luck with them every time they do something like performing a stunt. They think they are the best at what they do until one day something goes wrong. You could never be too sure. No matter how good you are at something, something always happens. Or, you are just one of those lucky rabbits. Shin-ah showed Haku a knife and she took a look at it.
Wow... So, that was the Red Dragon? I haven't met him either.." Haku sighed and looked away from the knife, thinking deeply about it. "I wonder if he is mad at me for becoming leader of the Fire Tribe. I only got a glance at him at my ceremony. Before I knew it, he had disappeared. I don't... I don't think he likes me all that well. I'm a leader that can't even connect with the tribe's dragon. My so-called protector..."

stay back. Shin-ah shrugged. He would heal in a matter of time if he got hurt. The Blue Dragon looked back at her. "That's odd. Usually the dragons like to meet their leaders." he replied, blinking behind his mask.

Haku turned back to Shin-ah and blinked at him. Was that really true? She always thought he didn't like her, but part of her didn't want to believe that. So, the dragons liked to meet their leaders. Ugh, that was awful. The Red Dragon didn't like her. Haku looked at the red dragon on the knife again, wondering what she wasn't doing right. It's like she expected it to talk back to her. She knew that wasn't the Red Dragon. It was just a design on the knife. "And, what about you? What did you do when you met your leader?"

stay back. Shin-ah merely shrugged at her question. "I sparred with him." he said, laying the knife on the display again. He looked around. "You have bows, don't you?"
