The dark-haired man stood there in the middle of the plaza, looking around as if he was expecting someone to arrive there. Poor guy.. He had gotten lost on his day back from Paris. There was an incident that happened with his mother, and he had no choice but to go back to Korea. He dressed the part to fit in the tribe.
Honestly, he enjoyed the clothes they had there instead of what he wore in Paris. The clothes were more comfortable and it complimented him well. Seung let out a sigh of hesitation and tried to think about his next move. This isn't the Lightning Tribe. They are supposed to be known for their animals. I hope these people show me mercy otherwise I'll have to fight my way out of here. Ugh, this is such a pain..
Mi-cha noticed that there was another strange man in the plaza of the Earth Tribe. The princess gave a sigh. What is up with men and coming here? The brown-haired princess lifted the skirt of her fancy robes to make her way over, but when she was halfway there, she tripped, like always. "Ah!" she squealed, standing up. She rubbed her head. She heard her attendants running for her. "I'm alright, I'm alright!" she called out to them, telling them to stay away.
Seung kept looking around and spotted a girl that was approaching him. Her eyes were locked on him so he blinked at her. What did she want? He looked her up and down to see that she was dressed differently from everyone else. She was beautiful, too. She stood out from the crowd of people especially when she tripped and fell down. The man winced slightly and started to approach her to see if she was okay. The girl was calling out to some people that were also making their way towards her.
Who was she? It must have been embarrassing for her. Seung didn't know if he should help her out or not. She looked like she wanted to handle it on her own. His dark green gaze softened, and he walked over to her in a calm manner. His hand reached out to her and he smiled at her. "I can understand that you want to get up on your own, but I'm sorry, miss. I can't just watch a girl fall down and act like I didn't see it."
Mi-cha looked up as someone walked over to her. It was the boy that caught her attention. He held his hand out to her, and her cheeks turned rosy. She had been helped up a lot, but she hadn't had someone act so gentlemanly about it before. She gland at the ground, lifting her hand so he could take it and help her up.
When she was up, she brushed off the clothes she wore. "I'm going to have to get some of the maidens to wash this. It's going to be torn if I don't watch out." Mi-cha looked back at the boy. "Thank you. Who are you? I'm Mi-cha."
Seung would be embarrassed and insulted if more than one person rushed to his aid just because he tripped. No one wanted to feel weak and puny like that. As the lady's hand lifted up, his smile grew bigger. He took her hand gently and helped her up to her feet at the pace she wanted to go. The girl had brushed off her clothes once she stood up.
She mentioned that the maidens would have to wash her clothes. Wait, maidens? So, she must be some type of royalty... or she's rich. Seung shook his head full of messy, dark brown hair and smiled at her. "It was no problem. I'm Seung Dior. Nice to meet you, Mi-cha. Doesn't your name mean beautiful?"
Mi-cha looked at him, almost surprised that he knew what her name meant. "Y-yes, it does. Thank you, Seung Dior." she said, taking her hand from his. She head it close to her chest, blinking at him.
"What brings you here? You don't look like a native." she said, not insultingly. She was curious. A lot of people in the plaza were rich people. The princess was rich, but she didn't like to think that way.
Like her name, she was very beautiful. Not to be a pervert or anything like that. If a girl was beautiful then a girl was beautiful. It was simply stating a fact. Mi-cha had used his first and last name. There was no need for that unless she didn't know. "Please, call me Seung." he insisted and blushed slightly, realizing she had pulled away because he was still holding her hand. Seung blushed harder and scratched his neck nervously, glancing at Mi-cha a few times.
His blushing fit started to fade away when Mi-cha asked him a question. His hand he used to scratch his neck out of nervousness fell down to his side. "O-Oh... I'm actually supposed to be in the Lightning Tribe at the moment. I can see this isn't... it. I guess you could say I'm not very good with directions. Either that or I was sent to the wrong tribe." he paused and added, "I'm actually a halfer. Half French and Half Korean. I took my mother's last name and kept my first name that was given to me by my father."
That sounded much better. He hoped that was alright with her unless she did want to call him by his first and last name. It was strange to him but he wouldn't mind. It would be different if he had his father's last name. They weren't exactly on speaking terms. Actually, he had no idea where his father was. Seung noticed her touching the hand that he touched. Did he hurt her?
Or, maybe she didn't like being touched. Who knew.. Woah! Mi-cha was piling a lot onto his plate. She offered him a place to stay for the night.. in a palace! She is royalty.."Honorary guest, huh? I don't think I deserve that much." he chuckled and said, "Are you sure?"
The girl had referred to him as her friend. They were friends already? Hey, he wouldn't mind being friends with a pretty lady. It concerned him that she was so open with people, inviting random strangers to her palace. She did have guards, though, so maybe she didn't have to worry about it. Seung smiled and nodded, shrugging his shoulders slightly. "Y-Yeah. I guess I am. Thank you, miss Mi-cha."
He still couldn't wrap his mind around the fact that Mi-cha was so open with her home. Did the people back at the palace not mind at all like she said? It was just for one night. It wasn't like she was inviting him into the palace to live with her and her staff. Seung listened to Mi-cha tell him about a couple of things. It sounded nice. "I just hope I don't get too comfortable~" he said and winked at her.
"Don't worry. I'll leave tomorrow morning before the sun rises."
Mi-cha flicked her fan at him, shaking her head. "Please, Mi-cha is fine. I'm not one for formalities." she said, smiling. The princess just nodded.
"You can stay longer, if you would like. No one would mind ..." The princess felt a small sadness tug at her heart at the thought of him leaving. But, he was basically a stranger. He probably also did want to get home. "You can stay for breakfast if anything." Mi-cha looked behind her at the palace.
His right hand was placed on his right hip and he frowned. "Are you sure about that, princess? I don't want to get in trouble by your attendants for speaking to you in the wrong way." Seung glanced over at her attendants and looked back to her. He was sure they would be on his tail if he called her Mi-cha instead of something like Princess Mi-cha or miss Mi-cha. He felt a bit stiff in his place at the moment. It was a situation he didn't expect himself to get into.
As long as it was okay with Mi-cha, it shouldn't matter what the attendants thought. The man realized that and his muscles started to relax, ignoring the attendants that were watching them. Anything for the dear princess. "Really, now? Okay, I think I will take you up on that offer. It will give me time to get familiar with the area."
Seung didn't think of it as anything more than a kind gesture from the princess. Mmhmm~ Breakfast sounds nice. I'm actually a tad hungry now.. Nah, I can wait until tomorrow to eat. I'll just be skipping dinner. He didn't want to bother her with it now. The princess was going to show him around now. Mi-cha was beautiful and so kind to him. Any guy would be lucky to be in his place. "W-Wait. We're going to the palace now?"
Mi-cha stole a glance behind her, frowning at the attendants. They were like hover parents. She turned her head back to Seung, shaking her head, her tight curls moving with her head. "There's not a wrong way of speaking to me. Please, call me Mi-cha."
The princess didn't realize how people unlike herself would feel about going into the palace. She just thought of it as a normal place to live in. Mi-cha smiled, nodding her head vigorously. "Yes! Oh, um, of course." She had basically shouted. I need to calm down. The princess nodded.
"Is that a problem?" she asked, turning around. Mi-cha began walking towards the palace, tripping over the same spot she tripped before. "N-not again!" Her attendants came rushing forward. "I can handle myself." she told them, rolling her eyes.
Seung nodded, promising to call her Mi-cha. No "Princess" or "Miss" included. Just Mi-cha. If the attendants had a problem with it, they could talk to the princess about it. Yeah, let's see how that conversation will work out. Of course, Mi-cha would win. Mi-cha's excitement made Seung feel better. He felt like he could be himself around her. I wonder if her parents wouldn't mind.
I'm not really dressed to go into a palace. But, Mi-cha doesn't seem to care about that. Yeah, it made him feel better if Mi-cha accepted him like he was. It was odd for him to worry about his appearance. It was a palace, though! "Is that a problem?" Seung straightened up and shook his head in reply. "N-No, ma'am.." He followed her and stared at her from behind.
Mi-cha was quite the woman. He picked up his pace and walked with her towards the palace. Once they made it over the spot where she had tripped before, she fell down again. That worried Seung. Was it just a coincidence that there was something there to trip her? "Are... Are you alright, Mi-cha?""N-not again!" He tried to hold in a laugh as he crouched down in front of her, reaching out to her again. "Be more careful where you step." he warned her and his gaze was soft and gentle.
