Shin-ah had woken up the morning of the wedding, butterflies in his stomach. He hadn't seen Hyo-rin since the night before. He hoped she was still for the wedding. He got ready, not exactly having the nicest of clothes since he hardly left his cave-like home. He was in the Earth Tribe now, where most weddings were held. This one wouldn't be different.
The wedding was getting close to starting. The people were flooding in, and Shin-ah had kept his mask on, at least until Hyo-rin would show.

Hyo was feeling just about the same about today. She felt nervous but also happy. She was just shocked this was all happening. She didn't know she'd be getting married but she was glad that it was with Shin-ah. Because Nam had known Shin-ah since they were little, so had Hyo. But as of late she had gotten to know him even better and he had become someone entirely special to her. She knew she was safe with him and she could live in the water tribe even if none of the water tribe members would be okay with a commoner marrying the 'cursed' dragon.
"Shin-ah!" She smiled and she senselessly ended up running down the aisle instead of the usual slow walk you were supposed to do. Then again she wasn't exactly a very traditional person. She was wearing a blue yukata with a flower in her hair. It wasn't exactly your traditional wedding dress or anything.
Shin-ah turned his head, hearing Hyo-rin running towards him. He smiled, pushing his mask over his head. He set the mask down, setting Ao beside it. The squirrel had a cute bowtie made for him. When his soon-to-be wife stood in front of him, he reached for her hands, blinking his dragon-like eyes.
Hachiro didn't expect Shin-ah to get married so soon, though of course he was happy for him. More than happy. He came, obviously, to watch his friend on the big day, folding his hands in his slap as he took a seat. He smiled, watching as the bride hurried down the isle. He gave a soft chuckle. So this is the girl, he thought with a small, encouraging nod towards Shin-ah. He must have been nervous.
whoop. Sorry this took so long! // WORDS // tags // BOINK OF GS
ROMANTIC DREAMS MUST DIE. WE'RE SO CLOSE TO REACHING THAT FAMOUS HAPPY END, ALMOST BELIEVING THIS ONE'S NOT PRETEND.
Min-seo came in a emerald green dress, her blonde hair pulled back into a halo braid and her bangs brushed out of her eyes. Her blue eyes scanned the area and she looked down as she looked around and sighed. With her dress, she still had her belt on to hold her weapon. She always had to stay safe even if it meant carrying a weapon to a wedding.
Her blue eyes looked over to Shin-ah whom was getting married today and she smiled. Then she saw the squirrel "Awe, Ao's here even and all fancy." she whispered and looked down remembering when he just barged into her tribe and bought the skinniest pet possible. The female rubbed her arms awkwardly and then sighed.
She didn't like being at these kind of social-gatherings she was shy. She looked at Shin-ah with his mask off, gathering his appearance while she could. He had short blue hair and bright yellow dragon eyes. He had a skinny body, and wasn't dressed for the occasion but his wedding his dress type she supposed. She frowned and stood in the back of the room in a corner and pulled her scarf up to hide her mouth.
Shin-ah felt like he was in the spotlight as he held onto Hyo-rin's hands. It made him uncomfortable, so many people who probably despised him watching him marry someone. He tried to not let his gaze wander, instead letting them rest on the woman in front of him. He turned his head as the wedding began, starting with the preacher doing his usual preaching.
Then it was time for the vows. He had Ao hold onto the ring. Leaning down, he took the ring from his squirrel, petting him before standing straight again. "I, Shin-ah, the Blue Dragon of the Water Tribe, vow to protect, honor, love, and cherish you, Hyo-rin Soyun." He looked at her, smiling as he put her ring on her ring finger.

She watched him put her ring on and smiled. She grabbed a ring from the squirrel and smiled at the small squirrel. She closed her eyes. "I, Hyo-rin, vow to love you you and cherish you for who you are. I will protect and honour you and to me you will never be the cursed, but the one I truly love." She opened her eyes and smiled slipping the ring on his finger as well.
"I'll always love you for you, Shin-ah." Her smile softened and she looked back at the crowd. "As these people as my witnesses to hear me say it, I love you." She looked back at him.
Shin-ah felt the butterflies disappear at her vows and as she slipped his ring on his finger. It was done. They were finally wedded together. "And the crowd witness that I love you as well, Hyo-rin." The priest said the words.
"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss your bride."
Kiss the bride? Shin-ah's cheeks turn red instantly. He had never kissed anyone. It was almost embarrassing that everyone would see him kiss Hyo-rin. But, he took her hands, closing his around them as he leaned in, giving her a kiss.
He could hear cheers from the people around them as he leaned back, giving a small laugh with his smile. "We did it." he whispered to her, lifting one of her hands to kiss it.
